I cannot recommend Urban Sanctuary and Gosia more. I've been to many expensive and would be considered luxury spas, but Gosia by a mile is the best massage I've ever had. She really gets in tune with your body, aches and pains and makes it all feel 1000x better. It's my monthly treat that I always look forward to

I've only recently moved to Haywards Heath, and a friend bought me a voucher of Urban Sanctuary. Great experience. Katie did a fantastic job on my knackered shoulders and neck (and the rest of me) and I have woken up this morning feeling brand new! Looking forward to coming back.

As I went in for a very intimate appointment, I was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect but everyone was so super sweet and friendly that it really calmed me down. I had a pedicure and gel polish today with May, it was SO lovely, I could quite easily have fallen asleep..!! She was very welcoming, did a lovely job on my feet and my cornflower blue toenails are fantastic..! The colour is great with a tan. Very nice salon, nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere, easy to park too, either directly outside or the road ne... Show more »

Very nice salon, nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere, easy to park too, either directly outside or the road next door is 4 hours free. I recommend The Urban Sanctuary, I feel some further pampering sessions being booked. Show less »

I absolutely loved my first treatment at Urban Sanctuary with Alexis. She was lovely, friendly and professional and made me feel very at home. It was so relaxing and I’ll definitely be coming back; I would highly recommend Alexis as a therapist.
