I had Alexis doing my treatment and she was so friendly and happy and she made me smile and feel welcome.

Had my first ever mani-pedi with Jodie, who is such a skilled nail tech. She was excellent and I felt very relaxed. I had French nails (gel) and they look fantastic. I’m so pleased. My sister is getting married tomorrow and had her appointment staggered alongside mine - Jodie very kindly sat us next to each other. I will definitely return if I’m ever in the... Show more »

As I went in for a very intimate appointment, I was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect but everyone was so super sweet and friendly that it really calmed me down. I had a pedicure and gel polish today with May, it was SO lovely, I could quite easily have fallen asleep..!! She was very welcoming, did a lovely job on my feet and my cornflower blue toenails are fantastic..! The colour is great with a tan. Very nice salon, nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere, easy to park too, either directly outside or the road ne... Show more »

Very nice salon, nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere, easy to park too, either directly outside or the road next door is 4 hours free. I recommend The Urban Sanctuary, I feel some further pampering sessions being booked. Show less »
