Could see the results straightaway & im SO pleased i chose Unicare to help Me with My issue!
The price was VERY competitive & the rooms were immaculate…

Excellent service - I'm really pleased I found this place. I had a minor surgery carried out. Dr Nik Mann was lovely throughout every stage. He explains things calmly and clearly, and he makes you feel at ease - I never once felt rushed. The reception staff are also brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. On a logistical note, the parking is great too.

I initially received excellent service from the doctors and spent over a thousand pounds over the years for the removal of skin lesions. I initially received excellent service from the doctors and spent over a thousand pounds over the years for the removal of skin lesions. However the last treatment was for removal of lesions on my back. I live on my own and would find it difficult to see if they were healing properly. Initially doctor Mann said I could pop in for a free check. However when I tried to book this I was told it would be the cost of a full consultation! What a way to treat loyal customers. Absolutely disgusting service from management. I booked 4 cavitation sessions and pre booked the dates at time of booking. 2 sessions were in mid December. On the day of my other 2 sessions I had a call while I was on my way to the clinic and they cancelled my sessions due to a power failure. Absolutely disgusting service from management. I booked 4 cavitation sessions and pre booked the dates at time of booking. 2 sessions were in mid December. On the day of my other 2 sessions I had a call while I was on my way to the clinic and they cancelled my sessions due to a power failure. I was told it shouldn't be a problem to re book as my treatment of 4 sessions had been disrupted and cavitation is only effective when done in a good timescale as a block. I waited all January and had no one call me, why should they? They have a payment regardless. I called the receptionist and explained the above. I informed her i am waiting to book my 2 sessions but also wanted the first 2 re done as 2 cavitation sessions aren't sufficient and I won't have effective results now. A manager called me today and was so damn rude. Not only was she cocky but she kept cutting me off and talking over me. She went on and on. Kept implying im trying to get something "free" out of them. I explained the power cut wasn't my fault but it meant my treatment has been disrupted now and the results are not as effective. Honestly disgusting service. No help whatsoever and management are money hungry. They do not care if you have been going to them for years like me. Horrible, horrible service. Save your money and go to a credible place where people skills are actually presented!!!!!
