I am so happy to have discovered The Treatment Rooms. Emma is so knowledgeable + helpful + always on hand to offer advice on skincare and products. I had a lovely facial + lots of advice + am really happy to have been introduced to the All Skin Med product line. I have been searching for such a long time for something that will actually have a positive effect on my menopausal skin + had almost given up, but this skin range is really making a noticeable difference + has given me confidence again in my skin’s appearance. I visited Emma at The Treatment Rooms in Braintree and was recommended the Spring Skin Discovery Kit with ALLSKIN MED for my menopausal skin, which had become very dry and itchy. I’ve noticed such a lovely improvement already. My skin feels calmer, more comfortable and beautifully hydrated.

After years of being on the look out for a good waxing therapist, I have found not just a good one, I have found the perfect one, Emma!
From the very clear list of treatments on her website, to making an appointment, then first visit, Emma makes you feel at such easy and makes the process as relaxing as it gets… and let’s be honest, getting a waxing done is not very relaxing. I have been seeing Emma for a couple of years now and I could not recommend her enough, her work is flawless, her clinic is always very well organised and clean, air conditioning and heating are always spot on.
I would say to you, who isn’t yet sure if to book an appointment or not, do it because you will not regret. Show less »

I have just had an appointment with Emma to remove some blemishes and skin tags. Emma was very was professional and friendly, putting me at ease and explaining everything she was doing. I have just had an appointment with Emma to remove some blemishes and skin tags. Emma was very was professional and friendly, putting me at ease and explaining everything she was doing. She removed several tags & other things from my forehead quickly and easily. However I had another larger one on my body and after checking it, Emma advised me she would like me to get it diagnosed before she would remove this one. I went to the doctor and they are arranging for me to have minor surgery to remove it and send it off to be checked . The doctor was very impressed with the advice Emma gave me, saying she obviously knew what she was doing.

Instead of just taking my money and going ahead with treatment, she took the time to have a long conversation with me about my medical circumstances. She advised that it wasn’t the right time for me to have laser hair removal, and I really appreciated her integrity and genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone these days who puts the client’s wellbeing above all else. I had a Consultation and then Treatment with Emma for skin tags on my Eyelids, neck and chest. I had A LOT, I wouldn't know just how many. My neck was covered, eyelids and chest had a fair few.

After the first treatment I returned over a week later, regularly messaging Emma to let her know how they where healing, because they where healing well I returned each week.
I noticed a difference after the first treatment and straight away felt more confident. After a few days, I was able to apply eye makeup without having to hide the tags on my eyelids, it felt great.

After the treatment was completed my Adult daughter said, "Mum, that taken years off of you!" And you know what? It really has, in looks and mindset.

The whole Treatment took 4-5 weeks and over that time Emma was so friendly, funny, welcoming and made my feel relaxed straight away.
Emma was recommended to me by a good friend and I thank her for that, because l will be recommending her all the time.
