I have just had an appointment with Emma to remove some blemishes and skin tags. Emma was very was professional and friendly, putting me at ease and explaining everything she was doing. I have just had an appointment with Emma to remove some blemishes and skin tags. Emma was very was professional and friendly, putting me at ease and explaining everything she was doing. She removed several tags & other things from my forehead quickly and easily. However I had another larger one on my body and after checking it, Emma advised me she would like me to get it diagnosed before she would remove this one. I went to the doctor and they are arranging for me to have minor surgery to remove it and send it off to be checked . The doctor was very impressed with the advice Emma gave me, saying she obviously knew what she was doing.

Instead of just taking my money and going ahead with treatment, she took the time to have a long conversation with me about my medical circumstances. She advised that it wasn’t the right time for me to have laser hair removal, and I really appreciated her integrity and genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone these days who puts the client’s wellbeing above all else. I’ll definitely be coming back to her in the future when the time is right, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable laser hair specialist. Show less »

It took me a few years to choose where to go for my facial hair removal treatment as I wanted someone who cares, and The Treatment Rooms came highly recommended. I absolutely do not regret choosing them, Emma has a passion and knowledge about skin and she truly cares about her client's which makes this a very comfortable setting. I had a Consultation and then Treatment with Emma for skin tags on my Eyelids, neck and chest. I had A LOT, I wouldn't know just how many. My neck was covered, eyelids and chest had a fair few.

After the first treatment I returned over a week later, regularly messaging Emma to let her know how they where healing, because they where healing well I returned each week.
I noticed a difference after the first treatment and straight away felt more confident. After a few days, I was able to apply eye makeup without having to hide the tags on my eyelids, it felt great.

After the treatment was completed my Adult daughter said, "Mum, that taken years off of you!" And you know what? It really has, in looks and mindset.

The whole Treatment took 4-5 weeks and over that time Emma was so friendly, funny, welcoming and made my feel relaxed straight away.
Emma was recommended to me by a good friend and I thank her for that, because l will be recommending her all the time.
