I signed up for a 12-month HydraFacial membership at the Thame location and was initially very happy with the service under the previous ownership. However, since the business changed hands, the quality has gone drastically downhill. Appointments have been repeatedly cancelled — first due to staff sickness (which I completely understand), then due to product shortages, and now yet again with no resolution in sight.

To make matters worse, the opening hours were changed without warning, making it difficult to book appointments that suit my schedule — something that was not part of the original agreement. Despite making six monthly payments, I’ve only received four treatments through no fault of my own. My requests for resolution, including a refund for the missed months, have been refused.

Extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. I can no longer recommend this business to others. Show less »
