⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Unprofessional & Unhygienic Experience

I went for an IV Glutathione drip here and it was one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve had. The cannula was poorly positioned, no pillow or support offered for my arm so i rolled up my own jacket to rest ubder my arm not even a tissue was offered to cover and protect our jackets to rest our arms, and the whole process felt rushed and careless. The consultation was done out in the open with zero privacy, and shockingly, I was only given the consent and medical form after the treatment — despite some medications clearly contradicting medical history.

When I asked several times what multivitamins were included, the practitioner could only say “solubles” and didn’t know the actual names. Eventually, she handed me a dusty cardboard leaflet with vague info — I had to Google it myself to discover some ingredients that cause me side effects. She didn’t seem to care at all. Instead, she kept pushing for double-dose repeat treatments, offering no referral incentive.

The environment was filthy — dusty surfaces, sticky floors from IV drips, and a sink covered in baby milk powder and baby milk boxes, dirty facial sponges and dirty facial water bowls were also sitting. No water was offered before, during, or after my 1.5-hour visit. When I used the bathroom, there was no soap or hand tissues so i had to come out side and use the sink where the sink was covered in baby milk and bowls, sponges and brushes used for facials.

For the high prices they charge £100 for single glutathione and £150 for doubles doasge, I expected professionalism, hygiene, and transparency. Instead, I left feeling unsafe, overcharged, and completely put off from ever coming back. I even mentioned i was referred to her clinic through a freind and I also took my sister and niece who also wanted treatments too and still no incentive or package deal was offered. My friend then later told me that she too was treated the same on her second time in that clinic and will not be going back to this clinic for future treatments.

I have also seen her push new client enquiries out of the door and not care. I do not understand how she is a Doctor when she has no medical degree behind her and only has CPD accredited certifications and as per new UK GOV regulations this now prohibits her to conduct any injectable treatments be it botox, fillers, injections or even IV drips. I have had laser hair removal on various parts of my body and the results were quite amazing. After just a few sessions there was a significant reduction in the hair growth and the re-grown hairs were much finer and lighter.
Great service, amazing vibe, worth the money , totally recommend .

Dr Ayesha removed a large skin tag from the rear of my ear.
I have to say the treatment I received was first class and the treatment was successful.
I would highly recommend Dr Ayesha at The Skins Clinic,

I am happy with my experience with doctor Ayesha. It was my first face treatment however she made me feel comfortable and clam through the process. I have done profhilo treatment from Skin clinic. I can see the difference in my face after treatment and I am happy with the results. I would highly recommend The Skin clinic. 👍🏻

I had my first treatment of Botox with Dr Ayesha last week and I can already see the difference. I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend. Excellent professional service from the moment I stepped into the Clinic. I was greeted by a receptionist and Dr Ayesha explained the procedure to me fully and put me at ease.
