I had a really positive experience during my consultation to remove xanthelasma. Katharine was very welcoming, and the clinic itself had such a lovely atmosphere — clean, professional, and sterile, but still warm and comforting. It smelt so nice when I walked in too!

Katherine was fantastic — she took the time to explain the procedure in detail, made sure to cover all the small details, and took my current health into account when discussing the plan. I really appreciated her thoughtful and caring approach.

Kat is absolutely fantastic at what she does. Explain everything clearly, allowing people to make informed decisions and never any pressure sales for things we dont necessarily need at that point. I had xanthelasma treatment at the clinic, and I am already so happy with results. And it's only day 1. The treatment was quick , painless just tiny bit of a sensation . The nurse was so so lovely, professional & explained everything from start to finish. The price Is also really reasonable and fair. This is definitely my go to clinic now. I'm over the moon... I first met Kat around a year ago. As a youngster, I suffered with severe acne, which left me with some scarring. Over time, due to aging, these scars became more prominent and my overall skin texture wasn’t very good.
At my first appointment with Kat, she recommended a skincare routine along with micro-needling. I can honestly say it’s the best investment I’ve ever made in myself. My skin texture, tone, and scarring have improved massively.
