I had such a fantastic experience at The Skin Investment Clinic at Barnsgrove. From the moment I arrived, Lucinda made me feel welcome. The space felt calm, professional, and welcoming.

This wasn’t your typical spa-style facial, it felt much more advanced and results-driven. The treatment used medical-grade products and had a really tailored approach, focusing on the health of my skin rather than just relaxation. That said, it was still a really soothing and enjoyable experience, but with the added bonus of feeling like my skin was genuinely being treated, not just pampered.

After just one session my skin looked fresher, clearer, and far more radiant. What really stood out was the knowledge and care shown, everything was explained in a way that made me feel confident and reassured that I was in expert hands.

I've suffered with my skin my entire adult life. Medical professionals and other services I engaged with were beyond useless and I had some horrible experiences. I had given up (at the age of 38) until I saw The Skin Investment Clinic online and decided to have one last roll of the dice. Best decision ever. Holly has made HUGE improvements to my skin which I now consider 'normal'. She is the only person I have come across who offers treatment AND has experienced acne herself, so she truly understands the physical and psychological impacts of it. Holly stripped back my routine and worked her magic. Seeing her about once a month and listening to her advice has totally changed my skin. I feel confident without make up and really can’t believe the difference. Every facial I have with Holly is different depending on what she sees that day. I walk away with glowing skin and feel like it continues to make a difference for weeks after my visit.

We have been using the Skin Investment for the past few years for my daughter. She has suffered with hormonal skin problems and Dr B & Holly have been really great with her care. It’s been a long journey of a couple of years but having patience was essential and with the right treatment it’s completely changed my daughter’s skin. She can finally go make up free. Holly was always extremely empathetic and for teens I think that’s really important to see her journey and her genuine want for the skin to heal shines through.
