I wanted to share my experience, as aftercare is an important part of any skin treatment.

The peel itself was fine and the initial appointment was professional. I was told during the consultation that if I experienced any issues afterward, an alternative cream could be provided.

However, when I contacted the clinic over the weekend for advice due to significant stinging and discomfort, the response I received was from the doctor’s husband rather than the practitioner herself. After my first message was ignored, the next day after my second message I was advised simply to push through the stinging, which I found concerning and not particularly supportive given the assurances made beforehand about aftercare. I am new to these services and needed expert advice, I actually had a few other queries but didn’t feel I would get very far as Rebecca wasn’t the one replying.

I understand that some discomfort can be normal, but I expected clearer guidance and access to the aftercare support that had been discussed. Unfortunately, this lack of professional follow-up affected my overall experience.

While the treatment itself was acceptable, I feel the aftercare and communication could be significantly improved. I won’t be returning or recommending The Shore Skin Clinic. Show less »

Absolutely fantastic. I felt very at easy and comfortable. Dr Rebecca explained everything clearly and was very professional. I was a little apprehensive having the treatment, but I shouldn't have been, I was in very safe hands. Would certainly recommend Dr Rebecca and I will be going back in the future.

Dr Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She provides so much information and never pressurises your decisions. She is the ideal aesthetician.

I have been anxious about getting aesthetic treatments, but having a medical professional, who is bound by the Hiccocratic Oath, made me feel much more confident that her skills are products are top quality.

I also loved that Dr Rebecca recommends minimising the level of treatment and building upon it, rather than using a heavy hand. This gave me much more control over my own treatment plan.

I am so pleased with my results. The change is subtle and very natural, and I do not look frozen or strange.

It was my first time to see Dr Rebecca. She was very professional and put my mind at ease, straight away, as I was nervous being the first time. she talked me through my treatment step by step, what she was doing. This made me feel comfortable. I love the results and I definitely will be going back to her.

Dr Rebecca is very knowledgeable and always keeps me informed throughout the process. I also really appreciate that she's a doctor, so there's no need for a separate appointment just to get a prescription. Highly recommend!

I have been to see Dr Rebecca since last September, and I really can’t praise her enough!!
She has a lovely calm demeanor, and she always makes time to answer any questions, so you are reassured and comfortable.

I highly recommend Dr Rebecca.
She is friendly, lovely and very professional.
Her treatment room is a tranquil area, which is beautifully kept. The treatments are excellent, and any bruising or discomfort are usually minimal.

I love the Polynucleotide treatments, and I look forward to seeing Rebecca for a long time to come! As well as trying out other treatments.
