Chantal is the Brow Queen I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very professional knows exactly what’s best for the client, I completely trusted her. They have turned out even better than I ever could of imagined. 😍

The best!! I’ve had my second hydra facial and can already see the difference. Chantal knows exactly what she’s doing/what’s best and really cares about making a difference for her clients. X

The best place in Surrey. I used to get my nails done there before I moved and I've never found anywhere else as good. The ladies are wonderful and super talented. Professional, friendly and always make you feel welcome. Highly recommended. If I could move you to Cornwall I would. I miss you guys and getting my nails done by you! 😍

I went here with my best friend and her mum for our nails to be done for the wedding the following day. We arrived at 10am excited and ready for the real countdown to the wedding. I went here with my best friend and her mum for our nails to be done for the wedding the following day. We arrived at 10am excited and ready for the real countdown to the wedding. Unfortunately, only Chantal and one other were working that morning so one of us had to wait whilst two had nails - not a problem. The bride requested extensions and myself and her mum wanted gels, the bride had her request laughed at as "old fashioned" and was pushed into a different style.
During the treatment Chantal got up to answer the phone at least 12 times and for one of those calls remained on the phone talking to her broadband supplier for over 10 mins whilst trying to do the brides nails. The phone was propped until Chantal's ear whilst she argued with them about the poor service she had received from them - ironic! This meant the treatments ended up taking over 1hr 30 mins and at one point, due to Chantal being so over booked and in a rush, a nail technician was doing the brides toes whilst laid across the floor so Chantal could continue to talk on the phone whilst rushing to finish her hands.
Now, not only was the service appalling but the actual nails were just as bad! They lasted a few days before either breaking or chipping and the toes were smudged and uneven - all in all my 8 year daughter may have been able to do better.
When we left, a little shocked at the service but wanting to enjoy the build up still, the mothers bride called Chantal to explain that the service had been shocking and below par. Unfortunately, Chantal turned it back on the customer exclaiming "you had bad vibes the moment you came in" which goes to show the level of service you will receive when you go here.
My advice, If you want to receive good service and quality nails - AVOID CHANTAL BEAUTY!!!!! Show less »

I feel like this place is my second home as I come here on such a regular basis for treatments. The staff are without exception friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring - Chantal is always looking for innovative treatments to provide to clients as well as being a tutor to other nail technicians and aestheticians.

Chantal Beauty is not a spa environment, Chantal Beauty is a results driven, machine toting, no nonsense, fix your face and body theatre environment!
Yes, they do nails, eyelashes, tinting, brows and all of that pampering stuff and they do it very very well indeed but as well as those (I have proper brows now) I really come here mainly for the serious face maintenance business and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Show less »
