Tom treated my recurring ingrown toenail and was clear, reassuring, and easy to talk to from start to finish. I had a partial nail avulsion which was quick and went very smoothly. The clinic is friendly and welcoming and I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommend. Thanks Tom!

I had my first vitamin B12 injection with the wonderful Rachel . The care was 1st class. Very safe and also lots of information regarding after care . The team at the clinic are so friendly and professional. Thank you

Fantastic experience, treatment I had was easy to book and the staff throughout my time at the clinic were super friendly and attentive.

The procedure itself was explained thoroughly and I was even offered a follow up consultation free of charge to ensure the issue had been rectified.

Absolutely no reason I wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

Fantastic response time and treatment. My husband became unable to walk due to immense pain in his foot that had come on quite suddenly. The Nantwich Clinic was able to give him an appointment within hours, and after an hour of various treatments he was able to walk out of the clinic unaided!

If I could add zero stars, I would! Went a number of weeks ago now with a major ankle issue, was struggling to bare weight on it. Got there as part of a private medical claim, so all covered! Had what felt like an apprentice with a shock wave therapy machine telling me that if it feels uncomfortable, its working, yet every time I said it was uncomfortable... Show more »

Got there as part of a private medical claim, so all covered!

Had what felt like an apprentice with a shock wave therapy machine telling me that if it feels uncomfortable, its working, yet every time I said it was uncomfortable she moved.

Absolute waste of time and money!

On top of this, as I left the pointless treatment room, I was advised I'd need to resume this treatment weekly and I'd be sent an email with movements and exercises I could do to improve.

No follow appointments offered!

No contact to book!

No exercises sent to help improve the condition as suggested.

I feel this place is great at taking your money, recommending pointless products but will gladly place unregistered apprentices on clients that give bad advice and dont appear to be registered.

The clinic looks nice and is nice inside, but does appear to sell loads of vile sponsored and non-clinically registered nonsense.

If you want actual help, go elsewhere. Show less »

I recently visited The Nantwich Clinic for a podiatry appointment with Tom, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom resolved a long-standing issue with my foot from an old injury in just one session, which was a huge relief. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making the whole process really straightforward. Highly recommend!

Had a B12 injection done for the first time and done by the lovely Rachel, not too keen on needles so she kept me chatting and didn’t even notice she had done it. Great service Thankyou, Rachel explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, so helpful and will use again.
