One star as unable to leave less.
Awful experience. Instead of feeling treated and pampered for my birthday I was told constant tails of horror. Accused of having fungus, (I did not, and eventually they agreed), rushed nails, passed between two different girls, who continued telling me nail horror stories. As well as insulted, saying I had "bum thumbs" (correct term is Brachydactyly type D) that are more likely to get infected because they go upwards (total rubbish)! I felt I was being sold to and "upsold" the entire time. In fact the price went up three times, then again at the till (which I refused).
Nails were blotchy in colour after only one coat of colour, appallingly clipped and filed. Colour not covering end corners, lifted in no time, (unsurprisingly as they filed them again after colouring?!) and looked two weeks grown out on day one!
The "chop shops" as I was frequently told they were called, may be chop shops, but I've never had that kind of experience in one, and the cost certainly never changed, and was a third of the price at least!
Couldn't advise against any more for any more reasons. I don't like leaving bad reviews, I would have spoken to management, but really didn't feel like anyone would have cared. Probably just try to justify.
