I have had a couple of treatments done with Olivia. The whole experience from waiting in the waiting area to having my treatments has been amazing. I had a liquid face lift and lip enhancement. I felt safe and relaxed. The whole team make you feel special and calm. Thank you.x

I’ve had so many treatments here from Botox and fillers to nails and micro needling. Julia, Olivia and Chloe are just absolutely wonderful. Every treatment has been carefully explained, any questions are always answered and I always feel safe and secure. I always feel welcome and certain I’m in good hands. I usually don’t like going to any kind of appointment because I’m an anxious person but seeing the girls feels like a treat. The results are always amazing. Took my daughter for the Junior Japanese Head Spa Package for her 10th birthday - brilliant experience and would definitely recommend! We both really enjoyed it and she is already asking when we can go back!

We enjoyed a Japanese head spa and facial for two — an amazing experience from start to finish! Sophie and Grace were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain each treatment in detail. The treatment room was peaceful and relaxing, and the selection of beverages was excellent. We highly recommend Medi Spa and will definitely be returning!

I went in for the Japanese head spa and it was actually amazing! Sophie was so friendly and lovely too. Overall the experience was a 10/10. Can't wait to look at what other treatments they offer. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is an absolute gem of a place! I booked in last minute as I was in the area, and I'm so glad I did. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The therapist was gorgeous, inside and out, she made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I had the Japanese head massage and facial. I cannot rate the treatment highly enough, its perfect for anyone suffering with itchy scalp, psoriasis, or like me peri menopausal hormonal hair changes, I left feeling so calm and chilled. On a side note, I was really impressed with the spa's facilities/access for less able customers. I'm just sorry I don't live nearer. Show less »

Olivia, the owner helped me plan a Japanese head spa for my partners birthday.

The service received was incredible, all the staff are friendly and professional.

I came to the medi spa yesterday, was completely pampered having a massage, facial and the Japanese head spa. The staff were absolutely amazing, so good at their job and friendly. Can't wait to go back. The head spa was the best treatment I have ever had.
