Back neck and shoulder w hot stones massage here was divine. The appointment started late but only because of treatwell scheduling errors. The masseuse was super apologetic but I’m glad she took the extra time to make sure the room was comfortable and massage table was slightly heated/warm. The massage (OMG) so good! Great space and lovely service, I was visiting Liverpool and ended up there randomly. Got a manicure from Emma which was not only lovely but a perfectionist! Will definitely come back.

I had CND Shellac and it was done so well! I was with Chloe, it was a short notice but they managed to fit me in, very kind. Lovely and clean, friendly staff, Chloe was super precise and did my shape and French manicure exactly how I wanted. She cut my cuticles and prepped my nails perfectly, she worked very tidy and quick, you can tell she’s an experienced... Show more »

I have regular Hydrafacial treatments here. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The girls are professional and thorough and my skin always feels amazing when the Hydrafacial is done. ***** Highly recommend

We visited the salon for beauty treatments as part of a hen weekend in Liverpool and had such a lovely experience - the staff were great and so helpful/patient when making arrangements. The treatments themselves were high quality and delivered in a tranquil setting - the best start to our weekend. Thanks for a great experience ladies!

Amazing gift for my wife’s Christmas present. Manicure, Pedicure and Facial. Chloe and Ellie are two lovely young ladies, not at all pretentious and really put you at ease. Definitely will be booking again in the future. Thanks.

I was 15 minutes late due to not finding a safe place to park as it was dark. On my arrival Lois my therapist had someone already in doing a treatment whilst I was waiting...so was this client already booked in....!?

When I was introduced to Lois I was greeted with ""you ready""
I had last perm and during the 3 stages I was not asked if I was ok...! On the 2md stage my eyes were stinging but before I could say anything Lois had left the room.

My lashs to be honest are so curly and the lashs are going in different ways I'm going to have to have this done again.

It was my 2nd visit to the salon first one was a week before having my nails done and everything was fine. I booked in with this salon as my therapist who's been doing my lashs has moved away so hense I thought I'd try them. The other is on the day I booked I had a test patch at no point on meeting Lois did she ask how I got on with it being my 1st time with the salon. After the treatment was finished she just walked away not even saying goodbye which I thought was extremely rude and carried on talking to other people in the nail section about how the ammonia stinks....!! I.e. lashperm. I was also quoted 35 but was charged 40.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received as I wanted to support a local business but the customer service is extremely poor. Show less »
