Receptionist was totally rude I asked her if my letter had arrived, she told me to ring DVLA… I then asked her if I could spell my name maybe the spelling may have been incorrect… (to then realise she hadn’t even bothered checking her system) what’s the point of her even sitting at reception… she then put the phone down on me… I HOPE YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED…...

Absolutely disgusting! God help someone that couldn’t speak English… this woman obviously just likes to be rude to people!

What a fantastic clinic. The doctor was really professional and efficient plus he’s the only person that has ever taken my bloods completely painlessly! The receptionist was nice too. The results came within two days, super speedy. Thank you.

I’ve never had laser hair removal, but Liv put me at ease and talked me through the process. I’ve had two sessions so far and I am delighted with the results to date. Looking forward to completing my sessions at the clinic!

Would definitely recommend the hydrafacial at this clinic. Olivia was very attentive and gentle, informing me of each step and catering to my skin concerns. The treatment was very relaxing and my skin feels better so much better for it. Will be back again !

First time attending the clinic. What a great place, I had a treatment with Olivia who was amazing. She listened to my skin concerns and did amazing tailoring my hydrofacial. She explained every step and the benefits which I loved. I left so relaxed and feeling good in my own skin. Thank you Olivia
