Our experience with The Gloss has been nothing short of a nightmare. We approached them to launch one of our brands and host an event, paying £2,800 upfront and sending stock in good faith. What followed was a calculated and deliberate scam.

They abruptly cancelled the event, then blocked all my phone numbers so I could no longer reach them. Soon after, they claimed to have “secured” a Selfridges listing for my brand — but only if I paid an additional £25,000 immediately. They harassed me with calls, even at midnight, pressuring me to transfer the money without delay. Alarmed, I contacted Selfridges directly, only to be told there was no listing and no arrangement — it was all a fabrication.

We travelled to London expecting an event and training session, but nothing had been planned. The entire engagement was smoke and mirrors — designed to take money and deliver nothing. I’ve come to the Gloss on some occasions, was quite happy with the service on lashes. A bit disappointed this time around . Eyie is an amazing person. I have been coming to Evie for the past few months and she has performed PRP hair and face for me. Today I came to the clinic to have my first lip hydration treatment, this was amazing and i am over the moon with the results.

The beauty and aesthetics clinic is very nice. The staff here are very kind and friendly. You can have your phone charged, whilst here during your treatment. Overall, i would recommend to come and do the treatment. I can already see the difference to my face, hair and lips.
