I love this place! Kay is super kind and genuinely cares about what’s best for her clients over selling procedures. Her ethical background as a counselor was clear when she cost herself a ‘sale’ by giving me clear, straightforward explanations of the risks and benefits of a procedure I was considering. This helped me make an informed decision not to go ahead with it, and I really appreciated her integrity and the time she took to explain things to me.

I had a PRP vampire microneedling (injections to under eyes to address dark circles). Kay was professional and friendly, and made me feel comfortable. She communicated every step of the process with me and made sure I was ok at each step before she took it. I’ve booked my second session in 4 weeks. For me, it’s important to trust the person who is giving me a treatment, especially this one as it involves needle injections and taking my blood and I trust Kay to do a clean, professional job.
