The Fairy Glam Mama is truly the best in the business. Not only is she incredibly skilled and professional, but she also runs an academy, which says it all. I completely trust her and the results are always exceptional. Highly recommend.

I booked a treatment for July 2026, and my booking was accepted by Jacqui. She then messaged to tell me the offer was for December only. However, due to being on Roaccutane, I cannot have treatment until six months later. When I tried to cancel, I was told my deposit was “non-refundable.”
This is incorrect. As this was an online booking, it is legally classed as a distance contract, meaning I am legally allowed to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A business cannot enforce a “non-refundable” deposit in a way that overrides these statutory rights.
I would stay far away from this company. They have no customer service, are ignoring my messages, and clearly think they are above the law. Show less »

Such an amazing experience training with Jacqui! Jacqui is so thorough and attentive throughout the whole training process. Questions were always encouraged and left feeling super confident and ready to take on clients by myself.
