The team are so lovely and friendly from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Not only did I get the results I wanted but you can tell they genuinely care about their work and the results instead of just trying to take your money and get rid of you (this has been my experience at other places). You are always treated as an old friend when you have your appointment and everything is explained to you from what treatment entails, the cost, aftercare and able to receive advice should you need it after your appointment. Most recently I been having HydraFacials with Lucy who is so friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. She has a way of making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her knowledge is fantastic and she gives some excellent skincare recommendations. One thing I really like is how she takes such a genuine interest in my individual needs. She takes the time to really listen to me, understand what I am saying and make me feel very valued. I always leave the sessions feeling uplifted and look forward to the next one. The combination of HydraFacials and medical grade skincare has made such a positive difference to my skin which has left me feeling much more confident in myself. I was feeling my age and didnt recognise the tired, middle aged woman staring back at me in the mirror! I wanted to feel and look like a younger, brighter and natural version of myself. My daughter recommended I should go with her to see Becky at Elite. To say I was nervous was an understatement! I look absolutely terrified in the photos that she took at my first appointment! However, Becky put me at my ease from the minute I walked through the door. She listened to everything I said and knew exactly what I needed to turn back the years. The skincare and botox treatments have taken years off me! Her expertise and care are second to none! She devised a personal skin care plan and after just a few weeks I started to see the results. I am enjoying every minute of my skincare journey and get excited when my next appointment is due to see what she recommends next. These treatments have made SUCH a difference to my confidence, I feel like me again!
