I have been visiting this practice quite a few times now, and honestly, the experience has been outstanding every single time. Living in this country, with the NHS under so much pressure, you really feel the difference here. The service is on another level from the warm welcome at reception to the way the doctors and staff treat you with such care and respect.
They take their time, they listen, they explain results properly, and you can feel that they genuinely worry about your health. It is not rushed; it’s personalised, professional, and very considerate.
A special mention to Dr. Rinku very respected, soft-spoken, and extremely caring. You always feel comfortable and reassured under her care. The whole team is a blessing.
We live just around the corner and after only two or three visits, we decided this would be our go-to place if needed. We have already recommended them to friends and family, and they have been equally impressed.

I felt at ease when my bloods were being taken and the practice itself is clean and spacious. I suffer heavily with topical steroid withdrawal and I’m now 7 treatments deep into the cold atmospheric plasma therapy. From day one I was met with nothing less than absolute astute professionalism from top to bottom. Extremely sanitary and overall a wonderful experience every time I attend for my treatment. Incredible staff, incredible treatment and incredibly knowledgable.

Doctor Rinku is the only doctor who has been able to treat my condition when the NHS and dermatology team failed me in every aspect of the word. I could not recommend these enough, they really do put the care back into healthcare.

Over the last two years I’ve seen four different consultant clinicians in London but I can without a shadow of a doubt say my experience with Dr Rinku Ratti at The Doctors Practise stands out as THE most transformative and holistic care I have ever received.
I have suffered with severe eczema and allergies the last 2 years and the last few months took a huge toll on me resulting with me taking time off work. From the very first appointment Dr Rinku set out a plan to investigate the root cause with a special set of blood tests, had given me tablets to help alleviate the symptoms and started topical treatment with Cold Atomspheric Plasma (CAP) therapy. Results from the bloods helped me eliminate my root causes and the CAP worked wonders. After a few weeks of elimination and topical treatment with the CAP therapy my symptoms and quality of life significantly improved and practically done a 180.
As an healthcare provider myself, I deeply appreciate the compassion and the attention Dr Rinku has given me even more. I’m truly grateful for how things have turned around in the last few weeks, and look forward to getting back to the minute daily things I’ve been restricted from as a result of this condition. I’d definitely recommend The Doctors Practise to anyone who is looking for excellent holistic and personalised medical care.
