Disappointing experience. I returned to this practice after a positive visit a couple of years ago. Initially things were fine — the dentist explained the work needed and the options available.

I was then asked if I would mind attending their new Oakley Vale practice for the treatment and was told they would contact me to arrange this. At no point was I informed that this would involve paying another consultation fee.

I had already explained to the referring dentist that I am in financially challenging circumstances, which makes the lack of transparency around costs particularly disappointing. When they eventually contacted me, I was told I would have to pay the consultation fee again because a different dentist would be carrying out the work.

I refused and asked for this to be raised with the practice partner who referred me. I have had no response since. Failing to be upfront about fees and then ignoring a patient’s concern is against good practice and something others may want to consider before booking. Show less »

Good polite service where you don't have to wait long to be seen when you arrive. A bit pricey, but then I guess all dentistry is. Myself and my husband have been with this practice for around 50 years with no great problems. David

Had an extraction today. As ever Ms Bains was very professional and personable. Each step was explained and the whole procedure was performed flawlessly with minimal discomfort. I’m delighted she is my dentist.

Very friendly, attentive patient staff, from the receptionists, the hygienist, the support staff and the dentist personnel. I am always treated professionally, with care and clear explanation of any work that may be undertaken. I would highly recommend this practice.

Very happy with the service and treatment I received, I was seen within a few days of booking my appointment to see the dental hygienist and was pleased with my treatment

Very satisfied with my annual check up, the dentist and her assistant were very helpful and pleasant, I had query with one tooth ,which was thoroughly checked out .

As always lovely experience at Elizabeth Street Dental Care in Corby. My little one has been attending since he was 6 months and he has got a lovely dentist Pavleen. We are grateful to be able to find dental care for our child and reassured that regular check ups will support us with taking care of his teeth.

I made an appointment as a tooth at the back of my mouth was so painful. After having the tooth extracted, Krish explained that it was painful because it was infected and being loose led to bacteria entering the gum. I was just so pleased to get rid of it. Great service. I have been a private patient over 35 years and have always received quality service. I have had root canal and crown procedures carried out by Ketan (Dentist) who has been excellent. I would not go anywhere else for dental treatment. I highly recommend Elizabeth Street Dentists.
