I regret ever trusting this clinic. I paid £400 and asked for a refund within 3 days of booking — 18 days before the treatment. They refused, kept me in limbo for weeks, and gave me excuse after excuse.

When I finally gave in and did the facial and microneedling (just so I wouldn’t lose my money), it was a joke. No change, no results, no professionalism.

This place is a money machine. No compassion, no integrity, just fake promises and empty service.

I want to begin by saying that I will never visit another clinic again. This experience gave me genuine anxiety, and I no longer feel safe placing my trust—or my skin—in the hands of what felt like a money-driven, unethical operation.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with The Clinic Room. After paying £400 toward a treatment plan, I requested a refund just 3 days after booking and 18 days before the scheduled appointment. Despite the reasonable notice, I was met with contradictions, delays, and a total lack of accountability from their admin team.

They continuously changed their explanations, referring to vague policies that were never clearly explained during sign-up. For weeks, I was passed around, ignored, and left to deal with escalating stress—while they held on to my money without offering any real support.

Eventually, I gave in and went ahead with a facial and microneedling session—not because I trusted them, but because I had no other choice if I wanted to recover any value from what I had paid.

The treatment itself was a complete disappointment. I saw no improvement in my skin texture, scars, or pigmentation. It felt like a waste of both my time and money.

The overall experience—from their lack of professionalism, to the way they mishandled my concerns—left me feeling undervalued, ignored, and taken advantage of.

If you’re looking for transparency, respect, or genuine care—look elsewhere. There are far better clinics with ethical practices and proper communication. Avoid The Clinic Room at all costs. Show less »

Amelia is always cheerful and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the treatment clearly and thoroughly. She ensures I understand what to expect and is always patient in answering any questions I have.
