Such a friendly and welcoming clinic. Had a great consultation to thoroughly discuss my skin concerns. The treatment I’ve received for acne has helped my skin so much and I can see a visible difference after each cleaning treatment. The treatments available are so different to other clinics I’d considered!

I don't often write reviews but I feel that everyone should know how fantastic this little gem of a clinic is!
The clinic itself is set in beautiful surroundings and has such a calm and friendly atmosphere. It's spotlessly clean and well thought out. There's a variety of high quality treatments available and they are reasonably priced. I love my facials, I can't decide which is my favourite, as they're all fab! The products feel and smell amazing!
Bernie and her team are really welcoming and knowledgeable. There's always time for any questions I might have and I never feel like I'm being given the 'hard sell' to book further treatments (I'd run a mile if that was the case) but rather I'm given information, options and expert clinical advice to enable me to make informed decisions.
I particularly love how personal my visits are. Bernie has so many clients and yet she remembers our conversations so that we pick up from where we left off, which makes me feel valued and cared for.

The clinic has a real warm and welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. I never feel rushed and Bernie is fantastic. She's extremely knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and always explains what she's doing and why. Your also given advice on the best treatments to suit your needs. I would highly recommend this clinic.

It’s a beautifully decorated salon, very relaxing and friendly and they use Deborah Mitchell products which are my favourite! The clinic is situated in a lovely spot on the outskirts of Penkridge with ample free parking.
Internally, the clinic has pristine treatment rooms, which complement the excellent and varied cosmetic treatments, given in privacy and comfort.

Bernie is an experienced and passionate, nurse cosmetic practitioner. She has a warmth and empathy, that puts you at ease, and makes any treatment a positive and beneficial event.

I will be having a free follow up appointment to check the efficacy of my treatment. The procedure was clearly explained to me beforehand, as was the cost, which is transparent and affordable.

I was with Bernie today for a caci session. Bernie was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained each treatment as she went along.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a kind and professional therapist who clearly knows her craft. The clinic’s atmosphere was incredibly calming and relaxing, making me feel at ease right away. I’ve had both CACI treatments and Botox with her, and the results have been amazing. Her aftercare is also second to none, which really sets her apart.

Ellie is fantastic too – her nail & eye treatments are always perfect, with such incredible attention to detail.

Today, I had a 45-minute session with the new CACI treatment, and it was a real treat. The heated eye mask was heavenly, followed by the most relaxing massage from the new therapist Suzy, I genuinely didn’t want to leave.

The whole clinic has such a calming, welcoming atmosphere. Every time I visit, it feels like I’m stopping by to see family. I can’t recommend The Chase CACI Clinic highly enough. Show less »
