My daughter visited the blossoms for a lash lift treatment, the treatment was over processed and my poor daughter’s lashes are ruined! My daughter visited the blossoms for a lash lift treatment, the treatment was over processed and my poor daughter’s lashes are ruined! When I contacted the salon on her behalf they offered a voucher instead of her money back….as if she’s going to consider coming back when her poor eyelashes are now falling out!! The attitude of the person I spoke to was as if I was the issue. This salon has gone down hill drastically. Please stop offering treatments that you can’t do properly or safely. Show less »

I had another wonderful appointment with the lovely Arwen today. I used blossoms multiple times for lash extensions, to start with it was lovely and I had no problems and then I got switched to another lash technician and they were awful, I’ve since had to find another salon in the local area who do things correctly. I wouldn’t recommend the blossoms clinic, it’s messy and dirty. The lash extensions are painful and irritate your eyes. When I’ve complained I’ve had the owner on the phone begging me to stay with them and use them again, this isn’t professional! I used to travel frequently for afar to have these treatments and they made something that should’ve been relaxing and wonderful such a painful and awful experience. There are many better salons out there, just because it’s pink and pretty doesn’t mean it’ll be good quality work…DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Show less »

I had my first ever lash and nails appointment today. I was so anxious about it, as its something I've wanted for a while but always put off. I went for Hybrid lashes, and Maddy did an incredible job. she was so warm and friendly, and put me at ease instantly. We had a good old chinwag and laugh which made me feel comfortable throughout. Maddy was so friendly, and did such an incredible job. I then had the lovely Rachel do My nails. I did present her with a challenge, and said she could also have free reign, but she was super determined to give me what I wanted. She was so friendly, funny and just a lovely person to have doing your nails. She was incredibly thorough, and I am beyond happy. All of the staff at Blossom are lovely, and so friendly and warm. I can't wait to go back and they've definitely converted me into the world of a little bit of self love. Thank you all for making my first experience the best. xx Show less »

i got a very tricky set of gel extensions with various designs anf left so extremely satisfied and amazed with the results! the technician who worked on my nails was professional and so friendly, aswell as the other workers which made the environment very welcoming. the scenery and inside of the clinic was amazingly decorated and aesthetically pleasing. over...
