I attended this clinic for a training course in soprano ice 3 wave diode laser hair removal. It was extremely disappointing from start to finish with a clear structure of the day lacking. I have 17 years experience in the industry so I was lucky I had extensive knowledge of laser hair removal. I was attending this course to understand the use of this new machine and its settings. The trainer and demo girl were talking about personal unrelated issues when the concentration should have been on my training.Yvette, the owner, was late so we had to hang around waiting for you. There seemed to be no structure to the day with not all bases being covered it was very all over the place. I got the hang of it mainly due to my own experience. However I left concerned but confident because of my own experience it would be fine. But when I went back and turned on my machine it is completely different software to the one I have been taught on. I have sent the trainer several whats app going over this saying I am not confident and questioning the software to which I seem to get a baffled response. She said she would 'Look into it' completely unprofessional in my opinion. Then only to get a you tube link about the settings. This again hasn't covered everything. I haven't paid £700 to get a you tube link on operations of my machine. What I paid for was a course in operation of the machine I bought. I don't believe you have delivered what I paid for. The trainer said I cant use the machine on stationary mode but this is not the case. Giving incorrect advise when you are supposed to be training someone is absolutely appalling. She doesn't know the settings and shouldn't be training on a unknown machine with these settings its very dangerous.

The tixel training was absolutely appalling too. Ive never seen anything quite like a trainer reading through a manual while telling me how to operate a machine. Then using gel when you aren't supposed to have gel with the machine and both of you telling me you cant treat on top of the eyes when I have had the treatment myself. The trainer was comparing the tixel to IPL but they are completely different machines. Again I have never experienced anything quite like it. The trainer then performing a treatment on herself in a hallway. Then your actual trainer for this machine didn't show up then I had to wait to see if you could find someone.

It is a complete cowboy operation. I have sent a complaint and no surprise there is no response. Stay well away from the company!! Disgraceful! Show less »

All the girls are so welcoming and make you feel so relaxed. nothing is too much trouble and they really care about their clients. I highly recommend this lovely place. The lady Kara that welcomed me was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I had my treatment with a lady called Dolly who was so knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away.
