VERY RUDE STAFF!!!
Had an appointment today for a laser treatment and due to a personal incident yesterday evening I was unable to attend. I tried to ring the clinic yesterday and when they opened today and had no answer and when I tried ringing again I was met with a very rude “ staff member “ called Joanna. I explained my situation and apologised sincerely for needing to cancel and asked if I could move my half an hour appointment to a different day given I had already paid my £40 deposit. She then unprofessionally and rudely stated that she would need a further £40 out of my account to do this due to it being a Saturday and showed no consideration for my situation although I had sincerely apologised. Due to her disrespectful and agitated tone and shrieking voice I proceeded to hang up the phone as I was getting terrible customer service. She later taken another £40 out of my account after this call. Do not come to this robbing shop! And certainly don’t speak to Joanna who I can only assume is a middle aged women going through a mid life crisis who has nothing better to do than to moan and be spiteful towards customers. Such a lovely clinic that is so clean and nice inside. Jo and Mya are so so lovely and really make you feel comfortable and welcome. I’ve been having my electrolysis sessions with Jo and she really is so professional in her work and always checks in on me during the session to make sure I’m okay. Such a clean and friendly clinic. The ladies are all so friendly and make me feel comfortable during my laser hair removal and the results are INCREDIBLE. After a very 1st successful visit and already seeing great results on my skin, I returned for my 2nd visit and just like before a very friendly greeting from Jo at reception and other members of staff. Both Jo and Megan are extremely lovely ladies! Very professional, caring and courteous. They take on board what you have said and will ensure that you leave as a happy client. I’ve purchased a course of 6 laser treatments and always look forward to attending my appointment. They know what they are doing. Highly recommended.
