So I’m an aesthetic virgin at the age of 58 and although I would say I’m not a squeamish person with anything medical, I was obviously a little apprehensive.
I met Lee for the 1st time in his capacity of aesthetic practitioner and WOW. What a lovey person, his professionalism is off the scale. Lee initially checked I had completed the prep work involved regarding my pre health checks and questionnaire. He then began my consultation of what my concerns were. He did explain that if he feels I don’t need any of the work he would say (and he would in the nicest possible way). He then explained fully what he would do and what to expect. He checked my understanding all of the way. He then shows me to his treatment room and again checked all my health checks and explained every step of his actions. I have to mention at this point that the hygiene is 100%. Lee asked my permission to take photos of before and obviously I agreed to these. After the numbing process he began to inject. It really doesn’t hurt but obviously everyone’s pain threshold varies. Each time he injected I took a deep breath and that helped loads. Lee is so thorough and gentle. He puts you at ease from the start and talks to you through everything. After my procedure he checked I was feeling ok. And advised me of the aftercare which he followed up by emailing this to me.
I am extremely thrilled with my treatment and also my results as some of them were seen immediately. I cannot recommend Lee enough. I’m not surprised at all he won North East Aesthetic clinician of 2025. Please don’t think twice to make an appointment with Lee. He’s amazing. Thank you Lee. Christine G xx Show less »

I had my first consultation with Lee at The Aesthetic Surgery today. Lee welcomed me into his beautiful surgery and immediately made me feel at ease. I had a very thorough initial consultation during which Lee took the time to listen to what I wanted and he made some great suggestions to help me achieve my desired outcome. Lee is fabulous and very professional, he gave realistic advice and it’s clear he is very passionate about what he does. I had 2 treatments which were performed with skill and care. I can see immediate results from one of the treatments and I’m so happy with them. Aftercare was discussed and also sent to me for future reference. I have further treatments booked and look forward to returning and meeting Lee again. All round 5 star experience, highly recommend Lee and his surgery. Show less »

Fabulous experience with Lee! Professional and a relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. I went for my first micro needling session, so I was quite nervous at first, however Lee was excellent. Lee offers an extremely professional service. He’s listens carefully to your concerns and explains all possible solutions without pressure. This is offered in a private clinic on a one to one basis. Very, very pleased overall and he’s a lovely bloke too!
