I had Botox in my crow’s feet for the first time at The Aesthetic Box and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. Iwona was absolutely fantastic – extremely polite, personable, and calm throughout the whole process.

She took the time to listen to what I wanted and why, explained the procedure clearly, and reassured me about my options. During the injections she was steady, confident, and considerate, which immediately put me at ease and showed her experience. The treatment itself was not painful at all.

Iwona also gave me thorough aftercare instructions and a helpful chat at the end about what to expect in terms of results and longevity. I’m genuinely so pleased with the outcome – it has made such a positive difference to my face and smile.
