Preeti is the best! I’ve had eyebrow threading, eyelash extensions, lip filler, microneedling, and a hydro facial done here many times, and every treatment has been amazing. The service is always professional, and Preeti is incredibly kind and attentive, she always makes me feel confident and comfortable, she always gives the best advice, she never lets me try something that is not suited for me and will always give her most valuable suggestions and advice. I would only try new treatments with Preeti as I have sensitive skin and she knows how best to look after me- definitely puts the clients needs first. The products are phenomenal, even if i’m not getting a treatment I go back every month to get the face wash and moisturiser. The salon itself is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming. I’ve been coming here for years and have recommended it to several friends and family members—everyone has been just as happy with their results as I am, if not more. Highly recommend! Show less »

I used to go elsewhere where prices were much higher, but Preeti offers the same — if not better — quality at a much more reasonable price. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND SANITY!!!!!! LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Me and my older sister went to Preeti for a lash lift and tint and honestly, it was a complete waste of time and money. She charged £50 per person, which is very expensive considering the results were non-existent. Neither of our lashes were lifted at all, they look exactly the same as before.

It felt rushed from the start, especially during my sister’s treatment. My sister's treatment, which was done second, was done in 18 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Preeti mentioned she had a flight the next day, and it was painfully obvious she just wanted to get it over with. There was no attention to detail, no care, no proper technique.

To top it off, she tried to tell us the lashes would “rise in an hour”, which is just not how lash lifts work. We’ve had them done before, and this was by far the worst experience. It honestly felt like she just took our money and ran.

Would not recommend. If you’re paying these prices, you deserve professionalism, care, and actual results, none of which we got. Show less »

I had my lashes done before going on holiday and Preeti did an amazing job! I stayed in water all week and they are still intact - of course I looked after them.
