I had the dream team with Zia and Beth who were so knowledgable and always happy to answer my questions (no matter how silly). I honestly cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I was originally booked in for treatment in two weeks’ time, but my pain worsened and I rang the practice for advice. I honestly cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I was originally booked in for treatment in two weeks’ time, but my pain worsened and I rang the practice for advice. From the very first call, the receptionist was incredibly sympathetic and clearly wanted to do everything possible to help get me sorted. She managed to book me in for a same-day appointment, which I was so grateful for.

I was seen by Dr Shahram and Chloe, and they both immediately made me feel at ease. They were calm, kind, and extremely gentle—both in the way they spoke to me and during the examination itself. Dr Shahram went above and beyond to fit me into his schedule that day after seeing how much pain I was in, which honestly meant the world to me. His empathy and genuine care were truly touching.

Before and during the procedure, he was reassuring and informative, making sure I understood exactly what was happening and that I felt comfortable throughout. Afterwards, he gave me excellent aftercare advice and took the time to ensure I felt confident about recovery. It’s very clear that he genuinely cares about his patients, and I will definitely be requesting to see him going forward.

This practice has a real sense of empathy for their patients—they truly look after you. I was even touched to receive a follow-up phone call the next day to check how I was doing. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.

I would 100% recommend this dental practice to anyone. Thank you so much to the entire team. Show less »

My treatment was completed by Raj and Lauren and I am absolutely delighted with the results! After an accident I had damaged a number of my front teeth and needed quite a lot of work in order to have my teeth repaired. Whilst undergoing the treatment I was suffering from a broken jaw and both Raj and Lauren were very gentle with me. The work has been completed to an exceptionally high standard and I cannot recommend Raj and Lauren highly enough. I am so incredibly grateful to them both, thank you! Show less »

I’ve been at Sutton Smile Spa for a few years and always had a positive experience.

A few days ago I saw Dr Raj and his nurse Lauren for a tooth extraction. They were both amazing, explained the procedure and aftercare fully.
Dr Raj took the time to discuss my options moving forward and the pros and cons to each option.

Sandra (Hygienist) is excellent, takes time to explain better cleaning techniques and give personalised advice which has made a real difference to my routine. So much so that I've had to reduce the amount of time I see her every six months!

Raj (Dentist) and Lauren (Nurse) have been brilliant as well, very friendly and make the whole experience seamless. Everything is always explained so that it's clear and I have a good understanding of what's happening.

The practice goes from strength to strength. Everything is smooth and efficient. I see Zia, Sandra and their assistants and the care I have always received has been absolutely first class. The administration team at reception and friendly and welcoming and, of course, efficient. The investment in updated premises has been another resounding success.

Excellent service - Dr Zia Hashmi is one of the gentlest of dentists I've ever been treated by. Treatment is discussed and time given for decisions to be made. I can't speak highly enough of this surgery. Dental Nurse Catherine was friendly attentive and informative. Thank you

Great Dental Practice. Welcoming Ladies at reception were friendly and polite. Zia the dentist and Lauren and Catherine the two Dental nurses made me relaxed and at ease,so much that I fell asleep. Very happy.

Always very happy when I visit for myself and by children. Dr Zua Hashmi always listens well to any concerns and investigates and reassures when needed. Very efficient, Ashleigh (dental nurse) too. Ably supported by dental nurses Grace and Ashleigh, Dr Zia kept me well informed as he worked his magic and everyone made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
