I suffer from high anxiety and a gag reflex so going to the Dentist is an absolute nightmare for me. Dr Sonja Hamzehnejad was my Dentist and she correctly diagnosed problems I was having health wise that my rotten teeth were causing me before I had even opened my mouth to her for inspection and that alone blew my mind. Dr Sonja Hamzehnejad was my Dentist and she correctly diagnosed problems I was having health wise that my rotten teeth were causing me before I had even opened my mouth to her for inspection and that alone blew my mind. She was so caring and empathetic which quickly eased my nerves and anxiety and would calmly talk me through every step and there were a fair few of them; even going so far as halting treatment for a moment if things got too much for me; always asking if I was doing okay. From the moment you walk into her practice, from Sophia the receptionist to Sonja the Dentist you are greeted with warmth. I also visit Debbie for hygienist services, and once again takes great care. With the new techniques and state of the art equipment at the clinic, it is a quick and painless visit.
There is a real personable feel about the clinic as all the staff make an extra effort to make you feel valued.
The reception staff are always very friendly and make sure you are welcomed and taken care of whilst waiting for your appointments.
The clinic looks immaculate and always looks very clean.

Debbie is amazing with children and not just one at the time but three active children running about! I thought she was going to lose it when my girls got too comfortable with her and the practice and started touching things they shouldn’t. I thought she was going to lose it when my girls got too comfortable with her and the practice and started touching things they shouldn’t. But she was able to redirect their attention towards being helpful with the entire process. All of them felt incredibly positive about the experience and are waiting to see her again in 6 months time. Even as an adult, she made me feel very safe, calm and positive about the entire experience.
