1 star is 1 star too many to be honest. The most disgusting, rude staff I have ever had the displeasure in meeting. I work in Woking and I ran in on my break to grab a few things, the staff were following me around, while loudly vocalising that they have someone trying to steal (I paid no attention because I didn’t expect them to be talking about me) and then a rude girl came up to me and offered me a basket which I took politely and then it clicked. I looked at the bald, short man that had made a lot of effort to ensure myself and the rest of the store knew someone was stealing and I asked him “do you think it’s me?” And he point blank told me “yes”. I left the products in the basket and left, he kept following me around the store, called security guards to follow me around the rest of the shopping centre (that I work in!). I have never felt so embarrassed, and disgusted with another persons behaviour. Incompetent staff who rather have conversations through their headset and not listen to the customer. Its happened on so many occassions and I would ignore it but now it has really affected my shopping experience. Incompetent staff who rather have conversations through their headset and not listen to the customer. Its happened on so many occassions and I would ignore it but now it has really affected my shopping experience. I told the woman behind the counter to not take any points off from my beauty card on my purchase. She said "no, your points are still there, its just an offer you have on your card". Wrong! I got the receipt and £3 worth of points was taken from my card when I was saving my points for something else. Was told I cant get the points back. All because these staff members dont listen and would rather have banter conversations on headsets. Superdrugs needs to invest in self checkout machines for this reason! Show less »
