Bizarre reality when you have about 10 staff wandering around the shop wearing these headpieces that make them all think they're doing security for the Royql Family .... but not a single person has the good sense to be on the till.

The worst shop i have ever been to. The colleagues were so rude and unfriendly. Gave us a £5 note and there was a hole in it. When we asked to change it they refused to do that, said we have to go to the bank to change it!!!! When they were the one to give us that note. And no apology too!!

Incompetent staff who rather have conversations through their headset and not listen to the customer. Incompetent staff who rather have conversations through their headset and not listen to the customer. Its happened on so many occassions and I would ignore it but now it has really affected my shopping experience. I told the woman behind the counter to not take any points off from my beauty card on my purchase. She said "no, your points are still there, its just an offer you have on your card". Wrong! I got the receipt and £3 worth of points was taken from my card when I was saving my points for something else. Was told I cant get the points back. All because these staff members dont listen and would rather have banter conversations on headsets. Superdrugs needs to invest in self checkout machines for this reason!
