Incompetent staff who rather have conversations through their headset and not listen to the customer. Its happened on so many occassions and I would ignore it but now it has really affected my shopping experience. Incompetent staff who rather have conversations through their headset and not listen to the customer. Its happened on so many occassions and I would ignore it but now it has really affected my shopping experience. I told the woman behind the counter to not take any points off from my beauty card on my purchase. She said "no, your points are still there, its just an offer you have on your card". Wrong! I got the receipt and £3 worth of points was taken from my card when I was saving my points for something else. Was told I cant get the points back. All because these staff members dont listen and would rather have banter conversations on headsets. Superdrugs needs to invest in self checkout machines for this reason! Show less »
