Today was my first time at Studio Cosmetics and what a treat! I booked in for the facial signature package and Charleen was amazing! Scam company. I booked with a junior at a discounted price via Instagram promotion. She messaged me on the day to change the appt and she would honour the promo due the her appt arrangements, so I willingly did after sending deposit. Then I get a message to say the promo has finished it's more so if I want my appt I need to pay more or cancel but I will get a refund via a beauty app which I never have used in my life nor did I send the deposit that way. Or I can keep for a future appt. This company is clearly a scam and I would not recommend anyone. Reported Show less »

Had my daughter for a make over and everything was exemplary from going into the shop to leaving nothing was too much and my daughter loved every minute of it after being very nervous. An experience I highly recommend for all ages. From my point of view a my daughter wants to go again and ut is great value for money
