Lovely hydrafacial treatment from Fran today. I am so impressed with how she treats her clients and how much effort she takes to deliver what is requested by the client. Earlier I had a misunderstanding about a treatment and Fran went the extra mile to make my requirements fulfilled, the way I wanted. She is polite, well knowledgeable and always explains the steps of the procedure which put me at ease. After the treatment my skin feels hydrated and smooth which I am so happy about. The salon is just 5 minutes drive away from Newcastle town centre, but in a quite neighbourhood which made the treatment time more relaxing. Definitely recommend Staffordshire Aesthetics and the great service by Fran😊.

This lady is fabulous! Not only does she make you feel so warm & welcome, she shows compassion and understanding in a very person centred way. Fran clearly cares about her clients health and wellbeing and I would never consider going to anybody else now. Definitely recommend.

Fran is very professional and knowledgeable about the treatments she delivers. She has a conscientious approach and really takes the time to establish what her clients want before proceeding with the most suitable treatment option. I would highly recommend!

I’ve recently had 3 areas of Botox done by Fran and would highly recommend her to anyone! Very professional and polite with great results. Will definitely be going again. I also had a vitamin B complex injection and feel amazing for it.
