Extremely unprofessional. I had to keep chasing for appointments, some texts were read and ignored and a long list of reasons as to why they couldn’t make my appointment, ranging from,

If it was me I would have been cringing over the amount of excuses I gave as to not follow through on an appointment. But I will take this as a sign, very risky to have someone with this kind of professionalism use needles on me… very disappointing.

- I gave you the wrong post code (just the post code) which I apologised for however, the text before I sent you my address I confirmed to you that I lived at apperley bridge greengates. Bramley is not miles away. And I don’t expect anyone to be there at a drop of a hat, what I do expect is to not be given a multitude of excuses as to why you couldn’t turn up and waste my time which you clearly had no concern over. Your busy I get that but respectfully that is not my concern, I would recommend managing your time more efficiently so your customers, who are also very busy are not being messed around as a result.

I never once mentioned your daughter in my review. I simply listed IBS as one of the reasons as to why you couldn’t make the appointments. You are obviously naming your daughter with IBS in response to my message as a way to foster some sympathy from others who see my review. You’re basically using your daughter as a way to defend yourself.

“Also the fact you speak about my daughter’s illness in such a way is disgusting” … huh??? Calm down.

You shouldn’t be putting out your daughters medical conditions to anyone, not to me on text and certainly not on google. That’s just dumb dumb dumb. You are unprofessional. The way you speak, the way you respond, all of it. And it’s all on show for people to see.

If you ever receive a bad review in the future (definitely you will) instead of replying back with a bratty response, I suggest apologising sincerely and to try and see from my perspective (customer) why I was frustrated and had you just been honest with me that you were finding things difficult, If you had reached out to me communicating this I would have taken the review. The most loveliest beautiful lady. I honestly get so excited for my appointments. Stacey has given me a new found confidence in the way I look and feel.
