I’m so grateful to the amazing team at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics! I was really nervous about needing a crown and a few fillings, but they made the whole experience so reassuring and stress-free. Every member of staff was warm, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The dentist was so gentle - I honestly didn’t feel a thing! I even got to watch three episodes of Friends on the ceiling TV while being treated, which was such a great distraction.

It wasn’t cheap, but for someone as anxious as me it was worth every penny for the care, comfort, and time they gave me. They were there whenever I needed them, even offering emergency appointments, which really gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. My crown looks and feels fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m so glad I chose Springmount Dental – I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now! ❤️ Show less »

My experience with Springmount Dental

It’s taken me almost a year to write this review, but I feel it’s important to share. After my lifelong dentist retired, I had to find a new practice and decided to try Springmount unfortunately, this turned out to be my biggest mistake.

I honestly don’t understand the five-star reviews, as the treatment I received was nowhere near that standard. The whole experience felt insincere and profit-driven. They sell “treatment packages” that appear to be fixed-price plans, but they are not. I took out a bank loan to pay for my treatment, only to find the costs kept rising with each visit which caused me such anxiety, they never was clear about this.

I was pressured into multiple appointments, sometimes back-to-back, which even left me with lockjaw. When I raised this as a concern, I received no apology. I later discovered I was being rushed through because the dentist responsible for my treatment was leaving the practice.

Despite their claims of transparent pricing, I found the process confusing and misleading. They carried out “restoration work,” but it failed — leaving me with bleeding gums and unresolved issues. On top of that, deposits were taken at different stages, and to this day I’m not convinced I’ve had a clear breakdown of where my money actually went.

After making a complaint to Sinead the practice showed no real concern or accountability. No apology, no follow-up, no attempt to make things right. In the end, I was left without the smile I had hoped for, but with significant debt instead.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I wish I had trusted my gut and looked past the fancy interior. From my perspective, their priority is not patient care — it’s profit. For that reason, I cannot recommend Springmount Dental. Show less »

I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with. I can’t recommend Springmount Dental & Aesthetics highly enough. All of the team are so friendly and they go above and beyond to put you at ease if you’re feeling worried about any aspect of your dental treatment. I had my second hygiene appointment with them yesterday since joining their membership and Alicia and Georgie were brilliant, making me feel comfortable throughout and explaining my ongoing treatment clearly.
