I have been going to Springmount Dental & Aesthetics for over a year now for facial aesthetics after 5* recommendations from my family and friends who attend for Dental treatments. From the moment you arrive at their beautiful premises at Matlock you are greeted by wonderful caring receptionists. The reception area not only smells amazing you can relax in beautiful surroundings with a stunning views waiting for your appointment.
Dr Malcolm Campbell always greets me with a big welcoming smile before treatments.
I’ve been having Botox for a while now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend to go and see Dr Malcolm for facial aesthetics it’s worth every penny.
Aftercare is great too a member of staff phones a week later to check how you are getting on.
The whole team are great so friendly and professional. I really look forward to going to Springmount. Show less »

I had Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding treatment. From start to finish the whole team were welcoming, professional and very thorough. I hadn’t been to the dentist for FAR too long, though I’m ashamed to admit it. I was phobic after a truly awful childhood experience. I was recommended Springmount by a friend, who had been in a similar boat. To say I have been blown away by my experience would be an understatement!!
The team have clearly thought really hard about how to make the experience of going to a dentist as relaxing as possible for their clients. Everything from the enveloping warmth of the welcome offered by the reception staff, to the beautiful smell (so not clinical!) to the first class facilities screams high-end spa far more than dentist!
And then there’s the clinical staff. I hardly know what to say about the way they took my fear in their stride, and worked with me, not to endure it, but to overcome it, and see for the first time in my life that there’s nothing to fear about going to the dentist. Every staff member I’ve met has been worthy of praise, but I have to mention Sinead, who handled my tearful mess at my first visit so beautifully and made me feel so safe, and Alicia, who did my fillings so gently and with so much kindness, I hardly knew they were happening - I might as well have been having a facial!!
Unless you have spent a lifetime terrified of something, it’s hard to understand the relief and lightness that comes from having that fear lifted from you, but that’s what Springmount has done for me. It’s a special place that has given me a confident smile back, in more ways than one. Thanks team - I can say, hand on heart, that I am looking forward to my next visit :) Show less »

I’m so grateful to the amazing team at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics! I was really nervous about needing a crown and a few fillings, but they made the whole experience so reassuring and stress-free. Every member of staff was warm, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The dentist was so gentle - I honestly didn’t feel a thing! I even got to watch three episodes of Friends on the ceiling TV while being treated, which was such a great distraction.

It wasn’t cheap, but for someone as anxious as me it was worth every penny for the care, comfort, and time they gave me. They were there whenever I needed them, even offering emergency appointments, which really gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. My crown looks and feels fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m so glad I chose Springmount Dental – I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now! ❤️ Show less »

My experience with Springmount Dental

It’s taken me almost a year to write this review, but I feel it’s important to share. After my lifelong dentist retired, I had to find a new practice and decided to try Springmount unfortunately, this turned out to be my biggest mistake.

I honestly don’t understand the five-star reviews, as the treatment I received was nowhere near that standard. The whole experience felt insincere and profit-driven. They sell “treatment packages” that appear to be fixed-price plans, but they are not. I took out a bank loan to pay for my treatment, only to find the costs kept rising with each visit which caused me such anxiety, they never was clear about this.

I was pressured into multiple appointments, sometimes back-to-back, which even left me with lockjaw. When I raised this as a concern, I received no apology. I later discovered I was being rushed through because the dentist responsible for my treatment was leaving the practice.

Despite their claims of transparent pricing, I found the process confusing and misleading. They carried out “restoration work,” but it failed — leaving me with bleeding gums and unresolved issues. On top of that, deposits were taken at different stages, and to this day I’m not convinced I’ve had a clear breakdown of where my money actually went.

After making a complaint to Sinead the practice showed no real concern or accountability. No apology, no follow-up, no attempt to make things right. In the end, I was left without the smile I had hoped for, but with significant debt instead.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I wish I had trusted my gut and looked past the fancy interior. From my perspective, their priority is not patient care — it’s profit. For that reason, I cannot recommend Springmount Dental. Show less »

My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with.
