I have just had a hernia repair done & cannot praise the staff enough, from the consultant/surgeon; anaesthetist; surgical staff; nurses; student nurses; receptionist, catering staff & cleaners, well done to all of you. The experience was amazing to say the least, from the moment you drive into the clean, well kept grounds/car park, then from my initial consultation, to follow-up information correspondence; the pre-op & my eventual operation. Every aspect was attended to professionally, with the utmost care given to me at all times. Staff were friendly & put me at ease all the time & ensured I was comfortable & pain-free. The care throughout my night I stayed there was stress-free, with emphasis to ensure minimal distress to me whilst doing their regular checkups on me. I simply cannot praise you all enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience that will certainly have me promoting & recommending your hospital. I look forward to my follow up consultation for the operation which I have no doubt will be conducted with the same professionalism you’ve afforded me so far. You all certainly deserve more than the 5 star rating I can give here.
