Lou was lovely from the very start, very welcoming, very friendly and approachable. Her being a qualified nurse put me at ease to for my first ever procedure. What can I say…Louise is such a lovely lady. Very professional and knowledgeable of her products and treatments. I was a little nervous going for my brow lift as I had had a couple of bad experiences. Louise explained everything thoroughly and put my mind at ease. Louise is also very honest and won’t do treatments if she doesn’t think you need them, which in my opinion and past experiences is very rare and I am grateful for her honest opinion.
