First time appointment at Southface Dermatology, seen by nurse Nikki Woodward for a full body skin cancer check. I cannot recommend Southface Dermatology in particular Nikki highly enough. Firstly I was greeted by a pleasant welcoming person at reception. Nikki called me to see her on time, she was warm, friendly, and professional putting me at complete ease. Nikki was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process and findings throughout the examination. I left feeling confident in the next steps of treatment. If all staff are as competent and lovely as Nikki I highly recommend them. Show less »

I would highly recommend Southface Dermatology. Dr Helen Robertshaw is thorough and empathic, I have been seeing her for years now and I would not see anyone else. I travel from Brighton to Christchurch to see her, over 100 miles!

Went for mole check, and was delighted when Dr checked all my all moles over my body. Given excellent treatment and advice. Received a letter outlining their findings and a leaflet explaining everything. Would definitely recommend

Dr Luna was very thorough and checked all my areas of concern carefully. Fortunately, nothing nasty was discovered but I am sure this would have been very professionally dealt with. The treatment I did need was explained well and I will feel very happy to go back with future concerns.

I have been going to Southface on and off for about four years and in that time I have seen a couple of doctors with whom I have absolute confidence. They are very friendly and appointments are dealt with in a totally unrushed manner. I would recommend them 100%

Amanda and co, are always friendly and helpful.
Making an appointment is easy, reception are quick to reply to emails.
Treatment worked well for me, I'm very happy with the results of the facial laser treatment. would recommend.

I cannot recommend Southface Dermatology, Dr. Helen Robertshaw and her team highly enough. Over the past 12 months i have undergone various treatments under the guidance of Dr. Robertshaw all of which have been successful. Throughout the whole process every aspect of dealing with Southface has been totally professional

Having had a number of consultations over the years with Dr. Helen Robertshaw, I can say that they have all been very satisfactory in terms of the conditions needing advice and/or treatment. It is pleasing to know that I can always make an appointment with this specialist doctor who knows the medical history and do what is needed.

I have attended the clinic for several medical dermatological issues including removal of Basal Cell Carcinomas and mole checks. I have always found the practitioners to be highly professional, skilled and reassuring. I would not hesitate approaching them again for any dermatology problem.

I booked a skin assessment and mole mapping appointment with Nikki who is the skin cancer specialist nurse at Southface Clinic in Christchurch. The appointment lasted an hour and Nikki was so professional, kind, gentle and informative.

Nikki talked me through everything that would happen and totally reassured me and made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was very relaxing. After the session I had nothing to worry about as all my moles were 'happy moles' as Nikki described them. I shall return in approximately 18 months for a follow up mole mapping. The cost was £290 but so worth it for the peace of mind I now have.

The clinic is clean and very welcoming and the receptionist was very professional and lovely.

I am returning to have a perfectly safe but ugly looking mole on my cheek removed soon as I have every confidence in Southface Dermatology of carrying out a superb procedure. Show less »

We had a very informative and empathic consultation with Dr Hodder at the Christchurch Clinic. It was for our son after a recommendation from the GP to seek private care to remove a cyst. My son was listened to, and spoken to in a way that showed him that he was important and the consultation was about his needs. We were provided with information that enabled him/us to make a decision about next steps. It was not about just going ahead with a procedure, it was about understanding what was best for him, at this time. Would thoroughly recommend the practice and will go back if and when my son decides it is a procedure that he would like. Show less »

I am so pleased I found the Southface clinic. The nurses have always explained why they think the treatments would be helpful and what exactly is involved. There is no 'hard selling' just a genuine interest in dealing with skin problems. The clinic is clean and inviting with friendly staff. I would thoroughly recommend it.

One word " Excellent"
From reception to having treatment by Dr Luna the whole procedure was seamless and reassuring. I have made another appointment and can thoroughly recommend Southface Dermatology. Spotlessly clean, good parking area and for me a location just yards from where I was born, it doesn't get much better than that.
