HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE !! - SPMU eyeliner

* got the numbing cream in my eye
* bad mouthing other clients
* knocked my nose knowing I was healing from a rhinoplasty
* leant on my chest hard when she was tattooing
* I had to chase her for my eyeliner top-up appointment
* she was annoyed that I wasn’t happy with the results and tried to gaslight me and make excuses for HER error
* left confrontational voice notes at 1am in the morning on my WhatsApp

I paid £350 for SPMU upper eyeliner with Sameera, the results were that poor I’ve paid a further £400 for correction elsewhere.

Thankfully I now have the desired result. The therapist was very professional and understanding and the ink took perfectly, therefore it must have been an application error.

You must be competent in the treatment you are providing, let alone training other therapists.

Sam is by far the most professional, honest and professional therapist I have met!! Had my semi-permanent eyeliner done today with the lovely Sammy. What a fabulous experience! I went for the lash enhancement plus a fine line and I’m very happy with the results. I chose Sammy based on her experience and great reviews, not only that, she’s genuinely such a nice lady. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments very soon xx

I had a skin tag under my eye that was very difficult to remove at other aesthetics salons. I was recommended to Sam, and she was fantastic. She removed it with precision and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Couture because they have integrity and genuinely take pride in their work.

After three separate procedures I am so so pleased with the results, nearly two weeks into baby Botox and loving the affect on my skin, subtle but noticeable. Lip filler going well day 3 and swelling subsiding. Again very subtle. Sammy is amazing and makes me feel comfortable and safe. Fully recommend Sammy!! ❤️

Sam provides a first class service. Her salon is clean and stylish. She is knowledgeable and alleviates any apprehension you may have about your intended treatments. I have had my eyebrows and facials done which more than met my expectations. Don’t hesitate in booking!
