I follow House of Ikigai on social media and felt that they could provide me with what a was looking for. I contacted his team (who were lovely) and got booked in. I met with Kev who gave me a consultation.

Kev is really friendly and professional. I wasn’t rushed in, or pushed out. I wasn’t pressured into having more treatments, I wasn’t judged, told what my flaws were or how he felt I could improve. He just listened to me, He asked what I was looking for and what my expectations were and together we worked out what to do.. After giving me all the information, i was able to make an informed choice. I felt that Botox was the right treatment. Kev explained about the treatment and I was happy to go ahead with it and booked in my treatment.

On the day of my treatment, I met Kev again, and just like my consultation, It wasn’t rushed. I was a little nervous and I’m not great with needles, so before Kev gave me the Botox, he guided me through the process (just like he did at the consultation) and answered ALL my questions AGAIN. He also took the time to reassure me that everything will be fine. He was right, it was nothing like I was expecting. Completely painless. I just followed his instructions.

I’m very happy with the results and I would definitely go back for more treatments. Kev is great and his team and all so nice. They looked after me from start to finish and I can’t fault their service.

I visited Kevin at House of Ikigia after viewing some of the procedures he had carried out on other women who had similar issues to myself. Kevin was great and spoke through the whole procedure in lots of detail and ensured I was comfortable with all that he was about to do. He gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. He gave advice on what he thought would work well but did not put any pressure to have any of it at the time of consultation or at all. Overall I was very happy with the results and he has made my face look more refreshed and less tired. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering any type of aesthetic procedure. Show less »
