Beth is amazing! Before going to Smart Cosmetics I'd never had any facial cosmetic treatments. I naturally had my worries and concerns but Beth talked me through everything and made me feel so at ease. We talked in depth about placement and care and by the time I had the treatments my worries had all gone away. I now visit regularly for Botox and have also had some rebalancing filler ahead of my wedding day and everyone couldn't stop talking about how good my face looked but how natural it was ☺️ I would recommend Bethany to everyone! Have used Bethany for a few years and loved her calm, chatty nature. However, I booked in to see her for lip filler a few months ago before a friends wedding. She had clearly double booked me with one of her friends who was having a full face of filler, and we decided to rebook as I needed dissolving. All fine. Have used Bethany for a few years and loved her calm, chatty nature. However, I booked in to see her for lip filler a few months ago before a friends wedding. She had clearly double booked me with one of her friends who was having a full face of filler, and we decided to rebook as I needed dissolving. All fine. I come back for my dissolving, 3 weeks before my friends wedding. She then rearranges 2 of my filler appointments because she’s booked a last minute holiday and when I asked if she could fit me in before the wedding, she ignored all my messages. I then had to go somewhere else who said she did not dissolve my filler properly and showed me loads of it all inside my lip. Would not recommend. Show less »
