You get promised callbacks and Kerry at the Leeds branch who advised me she’s the clinic sales manager conveniently forgets to call so I had to chase up again. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. Absolute joke of a company. ZERO customer service skills. You should be ashamed. Asked a very simple question about what their complaints process is and was advised repeatedly to send an email. That doesn’t answer the question about what their complaints process actually consists of - clueless to say the least. Show less »

The service so far at the clinic has been good; however the lack of parking is a real issue for me. I struggle to who due to a medical condition and spent near enough 30 mins looking for a parking spot yesterday. The service so far at the clinic has been good; however the lack of parking is a real issue for me. I struggle to who due to a medical condition and spent near enough 30 mins looking for a parking spot yesterday. It caused me such unnecessary stress and to top it off, I've been told I've potentially lost a session. Leaving plenty of time to get there and park, but I still ended up struggling to park. This is an issue and I think once my packages are over, I won't be returning. The clinic itself is lovely. It's a big shame about the parking. Show less »

The staff are lovely. They help me be independent by going there by myself. I’ve got Autism and struggle with the public not communicating well. But the staff at Skinspace are lovely. Lana has been fantastic since I first meet her. She’s helped me a lot. I feel save and comfortable when I get my treatments and I can get things organised. She’s lovely and has passion for her clients.

I have been coming to Skin Space for a few months now, and I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. From the moment I first walked through the doors, I was met with warmth and professionalism from every single member of staff. The entire team is so lovely, approachable, and genuinely caring, which makes every visit a pleasant and comfortable experience.

I initially came to the clinic struggling with severe acne following an incredibly stressful period in my life. My confidence had taken a hit, and I felt overwhelmed trying to find the right solution. However, the amazing team at Skin Space put me at ease straight away. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns and developed a fully tailored treatment plan specifically designed to address my skin issues.

What I really appreciate is how attentive and flexible they were throughout the process. Midway through my treatment, we reviewed my progress together to see how my skin was responding. I loved that they gave me the opportunity to adjust the plan based on what we thought would work best going forward. Their personalised approach made me feel involved, heard, and confident that I was receiving the best possible care.

Another thing that sets Skin Space apart is how knowledgeable the staff are. I tend to ask a lot of questions—especially about the science behind the treatments—and they always take the time to explain everything in detail. Their expertise and willingness to share their knowledge helped me understand the process and feel reassured at every stage.

I have been using SkinSpace Leeds for 3 years now, for laser hair removal (various areas) and I can’t recommend them enough. All the girls in the salon as so lovely and welcoming, they are all really helpful for any last minute changes and help out where they can. I get my laser sessions done by Katie and she is amazing, she makes me feel at ease. Katie is so lovely and chatty which makes the sessions go quickly, we always have a good catch up when I see her in my sessions.
