Would give 0 if I could, avoid at all costs!! My experience with their laser tattoo removal service has been appalling. I initially had a block of 3 sessions with this company and then was pushed to book a block of 6, after my first session of the block of 6 I raised concerns that the results were far below the standard expected. I requested a refund, only to be told that because I’d booked the block of six sessions and completed only 1 sessions all refunds were not allowed. This was never made clear at the time of booking.
They offered two free sessions and claimed they now had a “new, more effective” machine, which only confirms they were previously using equipment not fit for purpose. Despite several sessions since, I was then informed over two months ago that their laser machine is broken (which is the third time my sessions have been disrupted due to faulty machines). I cannot receive the treatments I paid for, yet they still refuse to issue a refund.
I raised a formal complaint over a month ago and have received no response. Calls to every number on their website go unanswered. Even visiting the business in person each week leads nowhere; staff are rude and dismissive and repeatedly tell me there is “nothing they can do.”
This company takes your money, provides substandard service, hides behind unclear policies, and avoids all accountability. And to make it worse are clearly happy to lie to you, the attached photo shows the company trying to state the machine isn't broken on the back of another customer's complaint when I can completely vouch that it is. Very little hair regrowth in all areas and any that is is incredibly fine. I'm so pleased with the results. I recommend it to everybody that is young enough to get it done. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been very disappointing. The tattoo removal treatment was not carried out correctly and resulted in scarring to my skin. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been very disappointing. The tattoo removal treatment was not carried out correctly and resulted in scarring to my skin. Despite the scarring being present, the clinic continued to laser over the affected area in further sessions. It was only later, after consulting other professionals, that I learned how damaging this is and that laser treatment should never be performed over scar tissue.

The company later offered some complimentary treatment to help improve the scarring. While scarring can be a risk, it would not have become this severe had laser treatment not continued over already damaged skin. The clinic also agreed to refund me months ago; however, I have still not received this. Despite repeated calls and emails, there has been no resolution and communication has been extremely poor.

I am now left with permanent scarring and over £100 out of pocket. I would strongly advise others to research carefully before proceeding with treatment here. The laser hair removal was good but this experience has out weighed any positive. Show less »

The staff are lovely. They help me be independent by going there by myself. I’ve got Autism and struggle with the public not communicating well. But the staff at Skinspace are lovely. Lana has been fantastic since I first meet her. She’s helped me a lot. I feel save and comfortable when I get my treatments and I can get things organised. She’s lovely and has passion for her clients.

I have been coming to Skin Space for a few months now, and I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. From the moment I first walked through the doors, I was met with warmth and professionalism from every single member of staff. The entire team is so lovely, approachable, and genuinely caring, which makes every visit a pleasant and comfortable experience.

I initially came to the clinic struggling with severe acne following an incredibly stressful period in my life. My confidence had taken a hit, and I felt overwhelmed trying to find the right solution. However, the amazing team at Skin Space put me at ease straight away. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns and developed a fully tailored treatment plan specifically designed to address my skin issues.

What I really appreciate is how attentive and flexible they were throughout the process. Midway through my treatment, we reviewed my progress together to see how my skin was responding. I loved that they gave me the opportunity to adjust the plan based on what we thought would work best going forward. Their personalised approach made me feel involved, heard, and confident that I was receiving the best possible care.

Another thing that sets Skin Space apart is how knowledgeable the staff are. I have been using SkinSpace Leeds for 3 years now, for laser hair removal (various areas) and I can’t recommend them enough. All the girls in the salon as so lovely and welcoming, they are all really helpful for any last minute changes and help out where they can. I get my laser sessions done by Katie and she is amazing, she makes me feel at ease. Katie is so lovely and chatty which makes the sessions go quickly, we always have a good catch up when I see her in my sessions.
