Her acumen of education and training is also insane and it makes me SO proud to know her and to know that when I come to her I am in SAFE, sterile environment with highest level of infection control, professional approach and a human touch. I was so nervous at my first appointing however Jo turned that all around to such a positive experience that I ended with so much faith in Jo. Jo is extremely thorough. Hand on heart is highly skilled friendly lovely and patience. She explained each step of every treatment I had and answered all my questions.
