I booked to have 12 sessions of laser on there winter deal currently almost 2/3 the way through. And the results are showing! I now feel confident in what I wear as no shaving rash strawberry skin or darkening from the constant shaving. My skin complexion has improved. Results are amazing but the customer service is not.

My appointment was on 7/11 at 11am. There was a lady outside at 10:55 to explain her colleague with the key will be arriving in 5-10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes until I decided to leave and asked for my appointment to be rescheduled. No compensation for a waste of 40 minutes on a cold rainy Sunday morning when I had many other things to do.

To top it all off I received an automated email to say I had a new appointment on 9/11 at 4pm. No one had called me or emailed me to arrange this appointment. I have tried calling myself to reschedule this appointment three times today and left a voicemail but still haven’t received a response.

I recently visited for a facial and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. My therapist arrived around 20 minutes late without any apology or introduction, which set an awkward tone from the start. The room itself was very brightly lit, making it difficult to relax during the treatment. Throughout the facial, there was no explanation of the products or techniques being used, which left me feeling a bit disconnected from the process.

While the treatment itself was fine, I think a warmer welcome, clearer communication, and a more relaxing environment would make a big difference to the overall experience. Show less »

Skin Luxe laser hair removal treatment has been a fantastic experience for me! I'm in the middle of my full-face sessions and I've already noticed a huge difference. Coming towards the end of my 12 laser sessions with Nida, all staff I've come across have made me feel very comfortable despite my nerves, they are very accommodating with any concerns, quick to respond to any correspondence and the sessions are making a huge difference! Definitely recommend :)

Candice was absolutely amazing! As I have darker skin Candice made sure to explain the importance of the sessions and how the laser should be operated. I unfortunately was not receiving this amazing service prior to Candice and it made such a huge difference. I would highly recommend to get your laser done by Candice she definitely knows what she’s doing!

I have been having laser hair removal sessions at this clinic and I saw results within two sessions. My third session was yesterday. But I had already seen results from the past two sessions. My hair was a lot less and it was growing much slower and thinner.. the lady that does the laser for me is called Candice and she is wonderful. We have conversations during the sessions and she makes me feel comfortable and I ask her for advice with my Skin and she’s very happy to give advice and help. She is very nice. She also checks with me throughout the session if the laser is not too hot and gives me after treatment tips. Show less »
