Not one to leave reviews but i trained with this company and was left in the complete dark , there was no in depth theory behind the course , no heath and safety training for laser and no help after completing the course they will give you a guarantee pass without you knowing all you should about laser ! , The machine you train on the day will not benefit a beginner as the machine is £72,000 (which no beginner can afford ) , i had emailed after the training asking where i purchase a machine to start and how id go about renting a machine and they told me they were unable to provide information on where to source the machine from ! I’m not someone who leaves a negative review but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a clinic. I had 12 laser sessions on my face and neck at SkinLuxe, and not only did it not work — it actually made the hair growth worse. I was never told during the consultation that laser could stimulate hair growth. That’s something I should’ve been warned about from the start, especially for facial areas. I later had hormone tests done and everything came back normal, so the issue was clearly with their treatment. I also did my facial sessions every 4 weeks and only rescheduled it twice. So they were done on time.

On top of that, I now have slight hyperpigmentation — so not only did they fail to fix the issue, they made it worse. When I left a negative review, they offered me 6 free sessions only if I signed a legal disclaimer stopping me from leaving a negative review again.

Now I’m days away from my wedding and having to pay a fortune at another clinic just to fix the damage they caused. The staff might be nice, but that means nothing if the results are damaging and inconsistent. Show less »

I had my Cosmelan treatment at SkinLuxe, I had hyperpigmentation spots, the most affected area is the cheeks on both sides and above the nose. I looked for solutions everywhere but I couldn't treat it, one day I came across with Instagram video. I went there I immediately made an appointment. My first consultation was with Tee he welcomed me well, he explained the whole process, everything I needed to know, he explained everything to me, I was very happy. After a few weeks I booked for my treatment I thanked Anuradha because she was the one who put the mask on my face while talking to me, she explained everything I have to do after the mask how I should use the products and they are really nice, I have been using Cosmelan products for two months now and I am really happy with the results. All my stains disappeared in a flash and clean, I will continue to use the products for up to six months because that's what was recommended. The treatment is very expensive but it's worth it I thanks and appreciate the whole team. Show less »

Skinluxe is by far the best clinic I have been to! I've had various treatments here such as laser hair removal, lip filler, lemon bottle and fat freezing, all of which I am pleased with the results.
