One of the best All in One shopping mall in Hull city center next to the City Train and Bus station. Also, huge parking space available free for 30 minutes and you can park for free for upto 2 hours if you buy £5 something from tesco.

Do not make the mistake and I made. The lower level is tesco parking only. You have to scan a barcode, spend £5 in store and pay when you leave. The upper levels are St. Stephen's centre parking where you just pay as you leave. It's not well sign posted so mistakes can be made when parking

While there, I had the pleasure of meeting one of your engineers named Matty, and I felt it was important to formally recognise the exceptional care, patience, and professionalism he showed.
I have a nine-year-old son who has significant learning disabilities and a strong fear of lifts. Due to mobility issues, he has no choice but to use them regularly, which has often been a very stressful experience for him.
Matty overheard me reassuring my son and, without hesitation, took time out of his own work to help. He calmly explained how the lift works, showed my son the moving parts through the glass window, and talked him through the safety systems in place, including the emergency button and what would happen if anything went wrong. He then travelled in the lift, explaining the different noises and movements in a way my son could understand and feel comfortable with.
This went far beyond what was expected of him. Since that day, my son has been far more confident using lifts, and what was once a daily struggle has become much easier. That small amount of time Matty gave us has had a lasting and meaningful impact on our family.
Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Matty. He is a real credit to your company and an excellent example of how kindness and professionalism can truly make a difference Show less »

The new parking system is step backwards, why should you need to confirm your arrival, the que’s at the pay booth was round the corner & dinghy in front of the automated doors that open with ice like winds, the place is a well known wind tunnel, I could have sworn I saw someone flying a kite in there. I think a big slip up from the designers.

Excellent choice of shops right in the town centre, next to the transport hub and with a large car park. Although cash can be obtained, the one thing missing is a post office or banking hub. Plenty of clean toilets and good choice of places to eat.

We made a huge mistake by coming to this place. We saw it was a shipping center, so it never occurred to us to check that the time limit you get "for free" after paying £5 at Tesco. (It doesn't matter that we had already spent money at the restaurant and stores we visited.) You're forced to do your shopping quickly. We saw there was a cinema and had plans for later. But oh surprise!!! It's two hours "free", but if you go over those two hours, even by 5 minutes, there's no way to pay for the excess and they slap you with a £70 fine. What a rookie mistake we made here. WE'RE NEVER COMING BACK! Show less »

It's at the heart of the city centre. The Train station and bus station just beside it. It's got most of the big stores all in one location. There's essentially nothing you need that you wont get there. It's got a big parking lot also

You just have to get a parking code from the store you shop to verify your parking if staying more than 30 minutes

Good place for variety but..... Everything very expensive. Parked in Tesco's car park so was held hostage until I had spent over £5 in the store.... You can't just pay for parking. My local Tesco is 2 hours free parking so won't be coming back to st Stephen's shopping centre ever again

Great shopping centre with a nice selection of stores for all needs. It’s clean, spacious, and easy to walk around. One big plus is the parking – you get 2 hours free at Tesco if you spend at least £5 there, which is super convenient. Definitely a good place for a quick shopping trip or a longer browse!

Variety of shops, cafes and restaurants with a lot of paid parking. Tesco extra has a really big shop there. Four stars as this is the main mall in the city centre but not as good if compared to the outlets and malls I have been in Yorkshire
