Amazing lady and amazing at her job! I booked in to have laser hair removal. Results were fantastic, every detail was explained and I was made to feel at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this kind of treatment, completely recommend!!!

I’ve been going to Lucy for a long while now mainly for laser treatments, she’s really lovely, so very professional and the treatments have worked a dream. She’s educated me a lot on different treatments and taking care of your skin generally, I’m using products and taking supplements provided by her that have sorted out issues I’ve had for years!! Lucy-Anne is amazing - I cannot recommend her and her services enough. I have been seeing Lucy-Anne since August for laser hair removal over several different areas, mainly because I suffer badly with ingrown hairs and scarring from this. Since then, there has been a significant reduction in hair grown and a massive reduction ingrown hairs, meaning less need... Show more »
Lucy-Anne is amazing - I cannot recommend her and her services enough. I have been seeing Lucy-Anne since August for laser hair removal over several different areas, mainly because I suffer badly with ingrown hairs and scarring from this. Since then, there has been a significant reduction in hair grown and a massive reduction ingrown hairs, meaning less need to shave and less irritation. I can’t describe how much this has boosted my self-esteem as I was incredibly conscious and embarrassed about this. I’ve gone from having to shave everyday to once a week which is insane. But I genuinely just enjoy seeing Lucy-Anne. Bearing in mind how many propel she must see, she always remembers what we’ve talked about previously, she’s so lovely and genuine. I’ve had to move appointments before due to work and she’s also accommodated. If I could give her more stars I would. Honestly, if you need any clinic services or anything- I cannot recommend her enough! Show less »

The treatment has made a huge difference to my hidradenitis suppurativa, with considerably fewer flare-ups since starting the sessions. Really bad service 👎🏼 a while ago I've walked in and no one was at the reception for more than 10 minutes. I asked the lady for a leaflet she gave me their Instagram instead and she said if I've got any questions she said I could DM them. I messaged on Instagram to ask some stuff but I didn't get reply until a month after and they said that they're on a ho... Show more »

I don't think that's very professional of them, I wanted treatment for myself and I was seeking their place even tho I've got plenty of options in beverley but instead they said this and I never got an answer from what I asked about the treatments!? I was not expecting that from them at all, I expected at leastt a warm welcome with helpful answers they disappointed my expectations. Show less »

Lovely experience!
Lucy makes you feel at ease and carries out the treatments to a high standard every time! I have started laser removal and can’t believe the results after one treatment !

Can’t wait to try other treatments with Lucy, highly recommend. X
