This was my first time going and I decided I was in much need of a facial. Vita was AMAZING. She explained the entire process of the signature facial. I told her all of my skin concerns and she gave me a step-by-step routine, product recommendations and reasons for why my skin is the way it is. I left with my skin looking as glowy as ever, along with a better idea of how I should move going forward with my skincare routine.

I went to Vita to tackle my tennis elbow in both arms that I'd suffered with for 2 years. I had 30 minute treatments of deep tissue massage. Be prepared for some pain if you go for deep tissue, that just comes with the territory. But within 6 weeks my pain had reduced and now I'm pain free most days and able to work again, full time.
