So happy that I chose skin medical for my skin journey. The location is ideal and there is plenty of parking. The moment you step into the clinic it feels so lavish, luxurious and grand. I decided to visit Dr Saif after checking his tik tok videos, but more importantly he seemed someone who knew what he was talking about when talking about skin and different treatments.

My first consultation with Dr Saif was lovely. He took his time to listen to all my concerns. When the treatment plan came through and I discussed what I wanted to do, he was very considerate and didn’t push to rush me into treatments that I didn’t want to go ahead with. We came up with a plan collaboratively.

Mobina and Chanelle you both are absolute sweethearts and your customer service is top class. This is another reason why I decide to stay and begin my journey. Looking forward to seeing you all! Show less »

I had an UltraClear laser session today at Skin Medical London with Dr. Saif, and I can honestly say that as someone who has had countless treatments and visited many different clinics, this was one of the most professional and comfortable experiences I have ever had.

From the moment I arrived, he and the team made me feel completely at ease. The whole environment felt reassuring and friendly. Dr. Saif took the time to sit down with me before the treatment, listened carefully to what I wanted, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect.

During the session, he was incredibly kind and attentive. Whenever the laser felt painful, he stopped to check in and make sure I was okay and to give me a breather. He was so thorough and professional, and you could tell he genuinely cared about his clients and takes real pride in his work. Post treatment, he also personally took care of all the aftercare, applied the cool compresses himself, and made sure I was comfortable before I left.

Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling really well looked after and very happy with the standard of care and the overall experience.

I would highly recommend Skin Medical, Dr. Sabika, Dr. Saif, and the wider team to anyone considering laser treatments or skincare procedures. I also want to mention Lorraine, who was the reason I decided to visit the clinic in the first place. She was incredibly personable and professional on the phone, and her kindness and attention to detail created such a positive and lasting first impression.
