It was a really lovely experience from start to finish. Charlie took the time to talk through the treatments and understand exactly what I wanted, which made me feel completely at ease. She was so warm and friendly, the head massage was amazing. I left feeling much lighter and deeply relaxed.

It was lovely chatting to Lauren today. She guided me through the different options and ensured I was comfortable at all stages. I'm already booked in with her for next time. The branch is calm and beautiful. The free parking is also appreciated.

Very professional and took my health conditions into consideration when applying pressure, regularly checking that I was doing ok. Really relaxing and I felt my body relieve itself of tension during my Swedish massage. Will be back. Zoe was very welcoming, friendly but professional.
The treatment bed was clean, comfortable & warm.
My deep tissue back massage was carried out as requested, with firm pressure & detail applied to a problematic area. Many thanks.

I had a wonderful facial. It was incredibly relaxing and my skin feels rejuvenated. The therapist also talked me through aftercare and some products which might benefit my skin which was very helpful. Will definitely be booking in for this treatment again! Also excellent massage during the facial!

Loved my wax treatments at Simpson’s in North Hykeham today. On arrival the place always looks so magical! I love the blossom ceiling in the entrance. It looks especially majestic at the moment with the Christmas lights. I felt very welcome and the beauticians did a great job! The surroundings in the beauty room felt clean and new. I really appreciated being in a private space to have my waxing too. Beth was super speedy, made me feel at ease and was highly professional. Emily is 100% my new brow lady from now on, so happy with the shape and appearance of my new brows! They both treated me so well. I look forward to my next visit! A very relaxing experience. I enjoyed everything, my therapist was lovely and friendly and listened to what I wanted and delivered it. The whole experience, from the entrance and warm welcome to the therapy rooms, from the music choice to the lighting was excellent.

I booked a Deluxe Pedicure, which cost £73 — quite expensive compared to my usual salon, where I pay around £35. Overall, Simpson's salon is fine and the treatment itself was good. The staff were kind and friendly, and I appreciated that the therapist checked in with me throughout to ensure I was happy. The location is convenient with free parking, which is a plus.

However, given that this treatment cost more than twice what I normally pay, I had much higher expectations for what I would receive. The pedicure itself felt fairly standard — pleasant, but not exceptional. The seating was quite uncomfortable, and anyone with mobility or flexibility issues might struggle. Hot drinks were available, but at an extra cost, and the environment felt a little cold and impersonal.

By comparison, my regular salon (Vu Nail & Beauty on the High Street) may be a bit rough around the edges, but it offers much more value: complimentary hot drinks and cookies, a longer and more detailed pedicure including hot stones, hot towel wraps, an extended massage, and the comfort of a massage chair throughout. They also have a far wider selection of colours.

At £73, I expected a more luxurious or distinctive experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet those expectations.

Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional, with nothing being too much trouble.

l love my nails, simple but elegant. Very happy with my brow tidy and lip wax.
The lady on the reception desk was very helpful with advice on how to treat my red & sore face.
A great visit, will book again.
Only suggestion would be name badges for staff.

Lauren was welcoming, chatty and she perfected my nails. I was offered a drink, told about all of the Simpsons offers and boxes and I would definitely use her again. I’ve had many nail compliments since my appointment on Wednesday.

This was my first time visiting a simpsons branch, I don't get treatments done very often so this was a treat for me. Lauren was fantastic, she was able to do my nails exactly how I wanted and made sure I was happy with them at each step in case I wanted to change anything. She did a great job and they look fab. It was lovey chatting to her too, she was so upbeat and made me feel relaxed. I also want to mention Vesel who did my pedecure, who also did a great job, she made me feel so relaxed I could have just fallen asleep while she was massaging my feet. Lauren was amazing! She was friendly and helpful but professional throughout. She listened to my requests and ideas then gave her professional opinion to create a lovely design. Her nail art skills are fantastic and I could tell she really loves her job. Next appt already booked!

I had a brilliant first experience of having a Swedish back massage. My therapist Yasmin gave a warm welcome and was lovely throughout. The massage itself was amazing and I think I will definately go back later in the year as well.
